Consulta y pago de servicios, agua, luz, teléfono, seguridad social, impuestos, entre otros, a través de Banca en Línea y Banca de Empresas o el canal que lo requiera. La funcionalidad de pagos programados también está disponible en esta aplicación

Transfarencias en Línea

Esta nueva versión permite transferencias con mejoras sustanciales en la funcionalidad y una nueva experiencia de usuario que se refleja en: Transferencias propias. Transferencias a terceros dentro del mismo banco. Transferencias a terceros en otros bancos. Transferencias al exterior. El cliente debe entrar en el sistema con sus credenciales y buscar en el menú la opción "Transferencias". Cuando se muestre este menú, se podrá visualizar todos los diferentes tipos de transferencias. El sistema permite transferencias simples así como transferencias múltiples. Además, se mostrarán los campos de fecha en caso de que el cliente quiera configurar una transferencia para ser procesada en el futuro.

The client will be able to upload their orders manually or by files through the option that will be displayed on the screen. Additionally, you can program the time when you want to start processing your order.

EasyTracking:

The order tracking functionality allows the tracking of the entered orders, indicating their status, as well as the steps that still need to be fulfilled until the processing of the orders is completed.

The consultation can be made by Company and Service, also allowing incorporating several filters for your consultation such as orders made: Today, Last week, Last month or directly by order number

The system will display the screen with the result of the query and the option to view the tracking of each order.

This module will display information on the type of certificates that the client can request. These can be: transaction certificates, payments made, orders, active users with their profiles and attributes, as well as active services that the company has, their amounts and approval conditions.

This software allows both sellers and buyers to interact with each other in order to carry out a business transaction. Buyers and sellers remain in the technical and commercial environment of the sector until the transaction is finalized. The financial institution that provides this service grants loans to the buyer if required.

EasyGestiónRol®

Payroll Management

Company employees can request loans from Personal Banking as well as salary advances through the corresponding channel. Leaving aside the process of requesting an salary advance to the company and all the paperwork involved. This loans or salary advances will be provided by the financial institution and can be paid in installments.

EASYIATA®

The EasyIATA is a processor for tickets sales in favor of the airline and provides an easy ticket sale to travel agencies.

The system manages an automatic compensation scheme between the airline ( International Air Transport Association) and the travel agency in which the financial institution works as a mediator.

EasyRemesas®

Remittances

EasyRemittances® is a specialized EasyCashManagement® product for Payment and Sending of local and international remittances. The service allows the Financial Institution to manage everything related to payment transactions and sending remittances through electronic channels that communicate with the counterpart abroad. With this service, the Institution becomes a Money Transfer.

Fuel Billing

Is an integrated system that automates the process of fuel billing, order, request and earnings collection of the Fuel Marketers authorized in the country.

The Marketer:

  • Load into the system the information necessary for billing: customers, establishments, products, price lists, freights, charges, discounts, quotas, credit terms (individual by product), transport, drivers, etc.
  • Transmission of information to the Bank.

Distributors and customers of the marketer:

  • They buy the products through bank agencies.
  • Payment method in cash and debit to account.

EasyWholesale®

EASYWHOLESALE®


It allows the Distributor company to buy all possible products from the Provider company, as well as to manage its flow of product assets and continue buying and selling without having to get into debt with loans in several Financial Institutions.

The WHOLESALE application grants the Banking Institution the faculty to take charge of all portfolios and debts in a single operation and in one place. The Bank exclusively manages the Supplier / Distributor relationship, being the intermediary in this buying and selling system, facilitating the operating process for companies.

The main features are:

  • Relates the Distributor and Supplier, operating through a Credit Line granted by a Financial Institution towards Distributors, for the amount and term determined by the Supplier for use exclusively in purchases.
  • Credit Operations to Distributors for the payment of invoices issued by the Supplier.
  • The Distribuidor Credit platform allows the Supplier to charge and negotiate its invoices with the Bank, without the Distributor’s intervention.
  • Customization of conditions for each distributor
  • It allows the Financial Institution to carry out a precise control of:
  • The amount of credit granted to the Distributor.
  • Payments made by the Distributor.

EasyFacturación®

EASYFACTORING


Short-term  financial product aimed at those companies (suppliers) that sell a loan to their buyers, with financial or discount rates, which allows the provider to quickly and efficiently receive payment for the invoices or documents issued to the company.

– This financing can be with risk:

  • Provider, charged to a provider’s credit line

– The payment source is the company.

– The supplier uploads the documents (invoices) and there are two ways to request payment or the document selling.

  • Without the Company (client) intervention.
  • With the Company (client) intervention.

EasyConfirming®

EASYCONFIRMING


EasyConfirming® is a short-term financing product, with financial or discount rates, which allows the provider to quickly and efficiently receive payment for invoices or documents issued to the company. Tool that allows the Financial Institution to generate profitability, which performs the role of intermediary between a company and its suppliers.

This module allows:

  • Manage the credit lines granted to the suppliers of the client companies.
  • Uploading of invoices or debt documents by the company.
  • Approval levels of invoices or documents.
  • Management of Prompt Payment (payment to date) to suppliers.
  • Automatic synchronization process of credit line information with the banking Core.
  • Confirmation process of requests for prompt payment and operations.

The EasyConfirming® module consists in a comprehensive payment system designed to provide a set of administrative and financial services to Companies and Institutions and to all of their suppliers.

Checkbook Request

This functionality allows the client the request of checkbook.
Choose how many checks, the account from which the debit will be made, who is going to withdraw the checkbook and  in which agency is going to withdraw it.
Your costumer can also request a checkbook with cheque counterfloil.

Check Consultation

The client will be able to see details of their checks whether they are pending, issued, paid. They can be queried for a specific account number and check number ranges.

Also within the query you can view the image (both the front and back) of the checks in case they have been paid.

Remote Capture Image / Mobil Deposit

The digital check deposit function aims to provide financial institution’s customers the service of check payments in an easy, safe and efficient way directly from their mobile device, speeding up the collection and liquidity process, extending the schedule to carry out these types of processes and provide greater security than the physical transfer of securities.
