This new version allows transfers with substantial improvements in functionality and a new user experience that reflects in:

  • Own transfers.
  • Transfers to third parties within the same bank.
  • Transfers to third parties in other banks.
  • Transfers to the exterior.

The client must enter the system with their credentials and search within the menu for the “Transfers” option. When this menu is displayed, all the different types of transfers will be shown

The system allows  simple transfers as well as multiple transfers.  

Additionally, date fields will be shown in case the client wants to set up a transfer to be processed in the future.

The system displays the platform’s health charts, web server’s health status, multichannel and services, as well as a list of transactions made within the last hour. EasyTracking:

The order tracking functionality allows the tracking of the entered orders, indicating their status, as well as the steps that still need to be fulfilled until the processing of the orders is completed.

The consultation can be made by Company and Service, also allowing incorporating several filters for your consultation such as orders made: Today, Last week, Last month or directly by order number

The system will display the screen with the result of the query and the option to view the tracking of each order.

Remittances

EasyRemittances® is a specialized EasyCashManagement® product for Payment and Sending of local and international remittances. The service allows the Financial Institution to manage everything related to payment transactions and sending remittances through electronic channels that communicate with the counterpart abroad. With this service, the Institution becomes a Money Transfer.

Fuel Billing

Is an integrated system that automates the process of fuel billing, order, request and earnings collection of the Fuel Marketers authorized in the country.

The Marketer:

The WHOLESALE application grants the Banking Institution the faculty to take charge of all portfolios and debts in a single operation and in one place. The Bank exclusively manages the Supplier / Distributor relationship, being the intermediary in this buying and selling system, facilitating the operating process for companies.

Short-term  financial product aimed at those companies (suppliers) that sell a loan to their buyers, with financial or discount rates, which allows the provider to quickly and efficiently receive payment for the invoices or documents issued to the company.

– This financing can be with risk:

  • Provider, charged to a provider’s credit line

– The payment source is the company.

– The supplier uploads the documents (invoices) and there are two ways to request payment or the document selling.

  • Without the Company (client) intervention.
  • With the Company (client) intervention.

EASYCONFIRMING


EasyConfirming® is a short-term financing product, with financial or discount rates, which allows the provider to quickly and efficiently receive payment for invoices or documents issued to the company. This module allows:

  • Manage the credit lines granted to the suppliers of the client companies.

Checkbook Request

This functionality allows the client the request of checkbook.
Choose how many checks, the account from which the debit will be made, who is going to withdraw the checkbook and  in which agency is going to withdraw it.
Your costumer can also request a checkbook with cheque counterfloil.

Check Consultation

The client will be able to see details of their checks whether they are pending, issued, paid. They can be queried for a specific account number and check number ranges.

Also within the query you can view the image (both the front and back) of the checks in case they have been paid.

Remote Capture Image / Mobil Deposit
